One of my absolute favorite beverages to drink would have to be tea. I love it regardless if it’s hot or cold . I’m satisfied either way I can walk around with a big smile on my face. Tea lovers I know you feel the same way. Tea is so refreshing ,soothing and relaxing it also contributes to the body mentally and physically. It’s not just a drink it keeps you healthy so enjoy.  Here’s my top favorite kind’s of tea and how it help’s the body.
