Everyday requires energy an concentration as a result to execute properly. Through the fundamentals of perception, memory, learning, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making. Therefore it creates a combination of skills an thoughts, that one should have on a daily basis. Here’s a few ways to improve concentration

  • Read
  • Break information down into small segments
  • Exercise
  • Music ( I personally listen to Jazz or Easy listening)
  • Meditate
  • Memorize

Not only are these ways effective, there’s also different foods that improve concentration as well such as 

  •  Blueberries
  • Avocado
  • Leafy vegetables
  • Flax seed
